These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zikirmatik Asistan mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By installing or using Zikirmatik Asistan, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
Zikirmatik Asistan offers a dhikr counter and library, a daily wird program, dhikr circles, AI Guide and sourced chat, special-day notifications, statistics and badges, home screen widgets, optional Google or Apple sync, and Premium subscriptions and credit packs.
3. Accounts
Signing in with Google or Apple is optional. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for keeping your account private and for all activity that takes place through your account. You can sign out or revoke access at any time.
4. Premium Subscription, Credits and Purchases
Premium is purchased through Google Play as a monthly or annual subscription, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from the "Subscriptions" section of the Google Play app. For the AI Guide feature, the App also provides free users with 1 credit per day (with a welcome bonus of 3 credits on the first day) and Premium subscribers with 50 credits per month; in addition, one-time packs of 10, 30 or 75 credits can optionally be purchased. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms and policies. For details on requesting a refund, see our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the App, and you may not use the App in a way that could disable, overload or impair its functionality.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, content, brand and features, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the App.
7. Reminders and Notifications
Notifications and reminders provided by the App (including daily targets and special-day/Kandil notifications) are offered as a convenience. We do not guarantee that they will be delivered at a particular time, because delivery may depend on your device settings, operating system and network conditions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means that you accept the updated Terms. We update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
11. Termination
If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the App. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
